Mela's journey began dancing at age 3. She began her bodywork studies at age 19 evolving into a lifelong devotion to structural integration, trauma research, and neuroscience. Her work bridges clinical understanding with ancient healing arts, creating a unique lineage of somatic and emotional intelligence.
As the founder of the International Institute of Healing and Cultural Arts, Mela has championed an inclusive approach to healing, integrating diverse methodologies and fostering a community of practitioners dedicated to authentic transformation.
